These terms regulates the transactions in the Albina web store.

Any deviations from the general terms and conditions will be clearly stated in the transaction concerned.

Albina reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. It is up to the user to be updated with such changes. When placing an order the user accepts the terms and conditions at the time for the order.

All compilation and content of the Web Store, including its designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos and images, is the intellectual property of Albina or its content suppliers and constitutes proprietary materials, copyrighted materials, trademarks and/or trade dress. The Web Store is accessible to anyone who has access to the Internet. Albina will handle all details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage. Albina will only use the information given in order to fulfil our undertakings and provide the best service possible to our customers.
