Meditation and more……….
1) Sit or lay down and be very comfortable to allowed the energy chi to start to flow, be in a quite room away from phones, computers or any other interruptions. A warm, dark or semi/dark room will be ideal.
2) Close your eyes and breath slowly and deeply, inhaling and exhaling fully. Let your inhalation and exhalation take six or more second each, but don’t time yourself, breath as naturally as you can. DO not force anything. Try to concentrate on your breath, let everything in your mind go, don’t judge yourself, if your mind wonder just come back into your breathing, it’s OK.
3) Slowly bring your attention to every part of your body and relax each muscle one after the other one: Relax your feet, calves, knees, thighs, pelvis, waist, thorax, back ,shoulders, arms, hands, head, eyes, mouth, tongue, jaws, throat. Don’t judge yourself if your mind wonder just go back into it, it’s OK.
4) Slowly count down from ten to one. Go deeper and deeper and relax more and more with every count. Eventually by the count of one you will be in a deep, quite, calm state of mind and in a deep relaxation state , remember don’t judge yourself if your mind wonder just go back into it, it’s OK.
Now just stay still and enjoy the silent around you and give permission to yourself to just be.
